The digital tachograph (DTCO) is a digital recording device that records, stores and displays activity-related data such as driving times and rest periods and speed.

Function 

Depending on the model and equipment installed, the following data is recorded by the digital tachograph (DTCO):

• Date
• Time
• Vehicle speed
• Distance
• Total distance
• Time groups
  • Driving time
  • Other working hours
  • Break and rest periods
  • Standby times (waiting times, passenger time)
• Fault recording with fault code
