	Remove/install
1	Clamp off ground line of on-board electrical system battery (G1).		AR54.10-P-0003ME
2	Create access to pyrofuse (F63).		AR54.10-P-1180ME
	Repair
3	Unlock locking pin of electrical plug (2) and disconnect electrical plug (2) from pyrofuse (F63).
4	Expose electrical wiring harness (1) as far as necessary.
5	Remove insulation from electrical wiring harness (1) to after the damaged area and cut off electrical wiring harness (1).
	Risk of injury  caused by burns to skin and eyes, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fumes during soldering.	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated. Secure power supply cables. Avoid sources of fire in working area.	AS00.19-Z-0002-01A
6	Cut repair wiring harness (4) to match old part and connect to electrical wiring harness (1) using end sleeves (5).

7	Wrap fabric tape around repair area (6).
8	Route electrical wiring harness (1).
9	Connect electrical plug (2) to pyrofuse (F63) and lock locking pin.	Check electrical plug (2) is correctly seated. Otherwise proper functioning of the pyrofuse (F63) is not guaranteed.
10	Install in the reverse order.
