	Remove
1	Remove head restraint.	Model 290 with code 287 (Through-loading feature)	AR91.16-P-1770FRX
		Model 257	AR91.16-P-1770FR
2	Operate catch hooks (2) on respective head restraint guide (1) using a screwdriver (3) and pull out head restraint guide upwards.	Replace respective head restraint guide (1).
	Install
3	Insert new head restraint guide (1) from above into seat backrest and latch into place.
4	Install head restraint.	Model 257	AR91.16-P-1770FR
