Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by contact with escaped R1234yf refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts. Risk of explosion due to formation of ignitable refrigerant/air mixtures | Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. | Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove the condenser. | AR83.30-P-6540FRX | |
| 2 | Remove plugs (3). | *BA83.30-P-1007-01S | |
| 3 | Remove circlip (4). | ||
| 4 | Screw M12 screw (5) into drier head (6) and remove drier head (6). | ||
| 5 | Remove drier module holder (8) at pin (7) using suitable pliers. | ||
| 6 | Remove drier module riser line (9) together with drier module filter housing (10). | ||
| 7 | Check packaging of new desiccant bag (11) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ Use new desiccant bag (11) with undamaged packaging. |

| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
