| 1 | Remove cover over brake fluid reservoir. | ||

| 3 | Unscrew cap of brake fluid reservoir and suction off some brake fluid. | ||
| 4 | Remove front wheels. | AR40.10-P-1102A | |
| 5 | Expose electric line of front right brakepad wear sensor and disconnect electrical connector. | For removal of brake pads (3) at front right. | |
| 6 | Remove bolt (6) and remove support (7). | ||
| 7 | Use punch to knock out bolts (5) and remove retaining spring (8). | Check retaining spring (8) is correctly seated. |

| 8 | Press back brake pistons slightly using pusher tool. | ||

| 9 | Remove brake pads (3). | Do not apply brake paste or lubricants to the brake pads (3) and brake calipers (1). |

| 10 | Check bolts (5), support (7) and retaining spring (8) for damage and condition. | If there is a problem, ↓ Replace the pins (5) or support (7) or retaining spring (8). |

| 11 | Check brake pads (3) for wear and condition. | ||
| If there is a problem, ↓ replace brake pads (3) as sets only. |

| 15 | Clean contact surfaces of brake linings (3) on brake caliper (1) and on brake pistons. | Do not use sharp-edged or pointed objects. The brake caliper (1) or the dust boots of the brake pistons can otherwise be damaged. |

| 16 | Pull front right brakepad wear sensor out of backing plate of brakepad (3). | When replacing the brake pads (3) or replacing the right front brake wear sensor |
