| 1 | Remove headliner. | AR68.30-P-4300FRX | |
| 2 | Remove damping above the screws (2). | ||
| 3 | Secure liftgate (1) with support. | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Lay a rag between bodyshell and liftgate (1) to protect against paint damage. | ||
| 5 | Make installation markings on hinge (3) and liftgate (1). | ||
| 6 | Unscrew screw/bolts (4). | If both hinges (3) are to be removed, the second hinge (3) should only be removed after installing the first hinge (3). Otherwise, the liftgate (1) can be damaged or the adjustment of the liftgate (1) can be changed. |
