Remove/Install Lower Hinge Of Rear Door - AR72.12-P-2663FR

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Mark installation position of the rear door relative to the rear fender and to the rocker panel with suitable adhesive strips.
2	Open front door and rear door.
3	Lower side window of the rear door completely.
4	Adjust front seat toward the front to end position.
5	Remove front reversible belt tensioner (A76, A76/1).		AR91.40-P-1010FR
		Do not disconnect electrical connectors.
6	Remove grub screw (1.3) by three revolutions.
7	Close rear door.
8	Mark installation position of the B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) and the rear door hinge leaf (1.1).
9	Remove screw/bolts (3).
10	Unscrew nuts (2).
11	Release B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2), remove rear door hinge leaf (1.1), and remove B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
12	Remove seal below the B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
13	Clean B-pillar in the area of the B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
	Install
14	Insert B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) with new seal.
15	Insert rear door hinge leaf (1.1) into B-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
16	Screw in screws (3) all the way.
17	Screw on nuts (2) all the way.
18	Align rear door hinge leaf (1.1) based on the markings and tighten screws (3).	Screw/bolt, hinge to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1001-01R
19	Correct installation position of the rear door based on the adhesive strips and tighten nuts (2).	Helper required.
		Nut, hinge to B-pillar	*BA72.12-P-1002-01R
	Check
20	Open and close rear door.	The installation position of the driver door may change later due to opening and closing.
21	Check gap dimensions at the rear door and adjust.		AR72.12-P-0650FR
	Install
22	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.
23	Protect rear door and B-pillar in the area of the hinge (1) against corrosion.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
24	Tighten grub screw (1.3).	Grub screw for hinge separation	*BA72.10-P-1003-01W
25	Repair paint damage on grub screw (1.3).
26	Install front reversible belt tensioner (A76, A76/1).		AR91.40-P-1010FR
27	Remove adhesive strips from rear fender and rocker panel.
