	Remove/install
1	Confirm change of on-board electrical system battery (G1) using diagnosis system in signal acquisition and actuation module under Actuation menu item.	When replacing the on-board electrical system battery (G1).
		This updates the charging characteristic for the on-board electrical system battery (G1).	AD00.00-P-2000-06FR
2	Disconnect ground line (2) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).		AR54.10-P-0003FR
3.1	Remove screw (3) from mounting rail (4) and place mounting rail (4) with tensioning strap to one side.	Model 290 with code B01 (48V technology) except code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISB))
		Screw/bolt, battery mounting rail to battery frame	*BA54.10-P-1001-01A
3.2	Unscrew screw (3) of mounting rail (4) until onboard electrical system battery (G1) can be removed.	Model 290 except code B01 (48V technology) except code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISB))
		Screw/bolt, battery mounting rail to battery frame	*BA54.10-P-1001-01A
4	Detach vent hose (5) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Check bleed hose (5) is correctly seated. Otherwise leaking battery vapor may damage the vehicle.
5	Remove cover (6).
6	Disconnect positive line (7) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Nut, electrical line to negative terminal/positive terminal of on-board electrical system battery	*BA54.10-P-1004-01A
7	Remove on-board electrical system battery (G1).
8	Install in the reverse order.
