Remove/Install Gateway Powertrain Control Unit - AR54.21-P-0026FR

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove floor covering at front on front passenger side. | AR68.80-P-0008FR | |
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Remove nuts (1) and remove footrest (2). | ||
| 4 | Remove nut (3, 10). | ||
| 5 | Place holder (11) with vehicle interior pre-fuse box (F32/4) and with drivetrain control unit (N127) to one side with connected electric lines. | ||
| 6 | Unclip electric line (5) from holder (11). | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors (6) at drivetrain control unit (N127). | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (8) at park pawl capacitor (C8). | ||
| 9 | Lift holder (11) in footwell. | ||
| 10 | Unclip drivetrain control unit (N127) at holder (11). | ||
| 11 | Slide drivetrain control unit (N127) downward (arrow A) out of holder (11) and remove. | ||
| 12 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 13 | Commission powertrain control unit (N127). | If powertrain control unit (N127) was replaced. | |
