Notice	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Commission display module (1).	When replacing the display module (1).
			AD00.00-P-2000-06FR
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Move steering wheel all the way to the rear and down.
4	Slide disassembly tool between instrument panel and cover (2) (arrows); unclip cover (2) and remove.	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
5	Remove screws (3).	Push display module (1) forward and tighten screws (3).
6	Slightly lift retaining tabs under the screws (3) using a suitable tool and tilt the display module (1) out of the instrument panel.	Do not apply too much force when lifting up the retaining tabs of the screws (3). Otherwise, the display module (1) may be damaged.
7	Remove display module (1) until the electrical connectors are accessible.
8	Release and disconnect electrical connectors.	The number of electrical connectors may vary depending on the equipment.
9	Remove display module (1).	The instrument cluster (A1) and audio/COMAND display (A40/8) are integrated into the display module (1).
10	Install in the reverse order.
