- Print out template (1).
- Determine and take note of dimensions (a, b) of printed template (1).
- Copy printed template (1) with corresponding factor to original size.
Original size:
Dimension (a) = 200 mm
Dimension (b) = 200 mm
To determine the factor, divide the dimension (a, b) of the original size by the corresponding calculated dimension (a, b).
- Cut out the template copied to the original size (1).
- Position template (1) on cover (2) in such a way that the tip (1.1) lies on the seam (2.1) and the notches (1.2, 2.2) overlap.
- Use suitable adhesive tape to fasten template (1) in place.
- Draw cutout (3) of template (1) onto cover (2).
- Remove template (1).
- Attach the cutout to the cover (2).
