	Remove/install
1	Remove engine with front axle carrier.		AR01.10-P-2500MNI

3.1	Remove vacuum line (1) from charge-air distributor (8) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs and/or protective covers.	Engine 177.9 in model 290 Record plug	Fig 4

3.2	Remove cable duct (2) from charge-air distributor (8).	Engine 177.8 in model 290 M6x1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector of right charge air temperature sensor (B17/15).
5	Remove bleed line (3) from charge-air distributor (8).
6	Remove purge line (4) from charge-air distributor (8).
7	Seal openings of bleed line (3) and purge with suitable stop plugs or protective covers.	Set of protective covers	Fig 3

8	Release and disconnect electrical connector from pressure sensor downstream of right throttle valve (B28/23).
9	Remove screws (7).	Tightening procedure for charge air distributor : Observe tightening procedure.	AR09.41-P-8683-01MNI

10	Remove charge-air distributor (8).	: Replace seals and wet with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A

11	Remove pressure sensor downstream of right throttle valve (B28/23) and right charge air temperature sensor (B17/15).	When replacing the charge-air distributor (8). Pressure sensor downstream of right throttle valve (B28/23)	AR09.41-P-1031MNI

12	Remove boot (6).	When replacing the charge-air distributor (8). Bolt, clamp for charge air hose to charge-air distributor	*BA09.41-P-1002-01X
13	Remove guides of seals from charge-air distributor (8).	When replacing the charge-air distributor (8).
14	Install in the reverse order.
