	Remove/install
1	Remove engine with front axle carrier.		AR01.10-P-2500MNI
2	Remove charge air coolers.	Engine 177.8 in model 290	AR09.41-P-6817LSE

3	Release and disconnect electrical connector of left charge air temperature sensor (B17/14).
4	Remove engine wiring harness (3) from charge-air distributor (4) and cylinder head cover and place to one side.	Engine 177.8 in model 290 M6x1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
		Bolt, engine wiring harness to cylinder head cover	*BA15.18-P-1001-01G
5	Remove purge line (2) from charge-air distributor (4) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs and/or protective covers.	Set of protective covers	Fig 3

6	Remove bleed line (1) from charge-air distributor (4) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs and/or protective covers.	Set of protective covers	Fig 3

7	Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor downstream of left throttle valve (B28/22).
8	Release and disconnect electrical connector (6) and remove electric line from charge-air distributor (4).
9	Remove the screws (5).	Tightening procedure for charge air distributor : Observe tightening procedure.	AR09.41-P-8683-01MNI
		Screw/bolt, charge air distributor to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1004-01X
10	Remove charge-air distributor (4).	: Replace seals and wet with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A

11	Remove pressure sensor downstream of left throttle valve (B28/22) and left charge air temperature sensor (B17/14).	When replacing the charge air distributor (4). Pressure sensor downstream of left throttle valve (B28/22)	AR09.41-P-1030MNI

12	Remove boot (7).	When replacing the charge air distributor (4). Bolt, clamp for charge air hose to charge-air distributor	*BA09.41-P-1002-01X
13	Remove guides of seals at charge-air distributor (4).	When replacing the charge air distributor (4).
14	Install in the reverse order.
