	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove brake hose (3).		AR42.10-P-0026FR
2	Remove electrical connector of front right brake lining wear sensor at brake caliper (1).	Only when removing right brake caliper (1).
		Bolt, brake wear sensor to brake caliper	*BA42.10-P-1002-10BA
3	Remove brake pads (2) and brake caliper (1).		AR42.10-P-1610FRK
		The new brake caliper (1) is shipped in prefilled condition and it may not be drained. Otherwise the brake caliper (1) cannot be vented.
	Check
4	Check brake caliper (1) and dust boots of brake pistons for leak tightness and damage.	If there is a problem, ↓ Replace brake caliper (1).
5	Check brake disk for wear and condition.	If there is a problem, ↓ replace corresponding brake disk.	AR42.10-P-0120FRX

6	Install in the reverse order.

7	Bleed brake system.		AR42.10-P-0010FR
8	Operate brake pedal several times until the brake pads (2) make contact with the brake disks.	Firm resistance should be noticeable at the brake pedal.
9	Check and correct brake fluid level in brake fluid reservoir.

	Risk of death  caused by limbs being caught or crushed by rotating parts when performing tests on the brake test stand	Never leave the vehicle unattended on the rollers except in an emergency. Ensure that no one is under the vehicle or near rotating parts during testing. In case of emergency, use the EMERGENCY OFF switch to shut down test stand.	AS42.00-Z-0001-01A
10	Perform brake test on test stand.
