| 2 | Remove cap of brake fluid reservoir and suction off some brake fluid. | ||

| 4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector of the right front brake wear sensor (S10/2). | When removing brake linings (1) at front right. | |
| 5 | Remove electrical wiring harness of right front brake wear sensor (S10/2) from brake caliper (6). | When removing brake linings (1) at front right. | |
| 6 | Drive out bolts (5) using a suitable tool and remove. | ||
| 7 | Unscrew screw (2), replace with guide pin and tighten guide pin slightly. | Fig 1 | |
| 8 | Unscrew screw (3), replace with guide pin and tighten guide pin slightly. | Fig 1 | |
| 9 | Push brake caliper (6) with connected brake hose to the side onto guide pin. | Do not crush or kink brake hose, and do not subject it to tension. This will result in damage to the brake hose and can impair its function. |

| 10 | Remove brake linings (1) from brake caliper (6). | ||
| 11 | Unclip spreader spring (4) from brake caliper (6) and remove. | ||
| 12 | Pull right front brake wear sensor (S10/2) out of backing plate of brake lining (1). | When replacing the brake pads (1) or when replacing the right front brakepad wear sensor (S10/2). | |
| 13 | Press back brake pistons with pusher tool. | ||

| 23 | Unscrew lower guide pin, replace with screw (3) and tighten screw (3) slightly. | ||
