Adjust rear door triangular window (17) in the z-direction, shown on model 257
- Remove covers (26).
- Loosen screw (27).
Use a long TORX screwdriver, T30.
- Loosen nut (28).
- Release nut (29) with the
socket wrench.
- Pull up rear door triangular window (17) and adjust dimension (d) to the rear door side window (1) with the
feeler gauge.
- Hold rear door triangular window (17) in this position and tighten screw (27).
Helper required.
Use a long TORX screwdriver, T30.
Adjust rear door triangular window (17) in the y-direction, shown on model 257
- Close rear door.
- Open rear door side window (1).
- Move rear door triangular window (17) in Y-direction and adjust dimension (e) to trim element (20).
- Hold rear door triangular window (17) in this position and tighten nut (28).
Helper required.
- Tighten nut (29) with the
socket wrench.
- Open rear door.
- Check dimension (d) again.
If there is a problem,
↓
repeat adjustment procedure in the z-direction.
- Close rear door.
- Check dimension (e) again.
If there is a problem,
↓
repeat adjustment procedure in the y-direction.
- Install covers (26).
