General 

The armrest heating control unit regulates the functions of the center console armrest heating.

Function requirement 

• Circuit 15R ON
• Heat heater coded

Function 

The armrest heating function can be used to heat the center console armrests.

Additionally, depending on the model, the requests for operating the heating function are transmitted by the rear SAM control unit via the LIN unit and sent accordingly to the heating elements of the armrests. The temperature and function are monitored constantly through evaluation of the signals of the temperature sensors on the armrest heating elements.
