| 1 | Commission rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2). | When replacing rain/light sensor with additional functions (B38/2). | |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Unclip and remove cover (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Unclip and remove cover (2). | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Unhook retaining clamps (4) on both sides of rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2). | ||
| 6 | Remove rain and light sensor with additional functions (B38/2) and disconnect electrical connector (3). | Do not touch surfaces (arrows) of rain/light sensor with additional functions (B38/2). Otherwise, soiling may cause the rain/light sensor with additional functions (B38/2) to malfunction. |

| 7 | Install in the reverse order. |
