Subsequently Make Cutout In Stowage Compartment In Front Center Console - AZ82.64-P-0002-14RX

1. Remove screws (3) from stowage compartment (2).

2. Lift left and right connecting rail (4) at front (arrow A) and remove in direction of arrow (arrow B).
3. Remove upper section (5) of stowage compartment (2).

4. Make bore (C), as shown, in upper section (5).

   Diameter of bore (C) is 4.5 mm. Center point is on line (a). Make bore (C) tangential to line (b).

5. Remove bars (crosshatched area) from upper part (5) using a suitable tool.
6. Deburr cut surfaces.
7. Make markings (M1, M2) on black lines (BK).

   A line length (L2) of 100 mm is required for connecting the USB port connector socket (1.4) to the front center console USB port (X115/5). A line length (L1) of 850 mm is required for connecting the CD drive connector socket (1.1) to the CD drive.

8. Position black line up to marking (M2) in upper section (5), in cutout made previously.
9. Position upper section (5) on stowage compartment (2).
10. Install left and right connecting rail (4).
11. Screw in screws (3).
12. Attach USB port connector socket (1.4) to front center console USB port.
13. Open and close cover on stowage compartment (2).

    The mechanical components of the cover are positioned in the guide groove on the stowage compartment (2).
