| 2 | Remove seat backrest trim. | Model 257 with code 432 (Dynamic seats left and right) Model 290 with code 432 (Dynamic seats left and right) except code 555 (AMG Performance seats) |

| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connectors (2) at front multicontour seat control unit (N32/15, N32/16). | ||
| 5 | Unhook electrical wiring harnesses (3, 4) from holders on front multicontour seat control unit (N32/15, N32/16). | ||
| 6 | Release front multicontour seat control unit (N32/15, N32/16) at catch hooks (arrows B). | ||
| 7 | Carefully pull front multicontour seat control unit (N32/15, N32/16) upwards and lift pneumatic lines (1) carefully over holders (arrows A). | Make sure that the pneumatic lines (1) do not kink. Otherwise, the pneumatic lines (1) may start to leak. |

| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
