| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove load compartment trim at top in rear passenger compartment. | AR68.30-P-1186FRX | |
| 2 | Disconnect ground line from battery. | AR54.10-P-0003FR | |
| 3 | Push side trim in load compartment to one side until the bolts (2) are accessible. | ||
| 4 | Remove bolts (2) and place holder (1) with attached electric lines to one side. | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connector (3). | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Remove damping over seat belt retractor (4). | ||
| 7 | Remove screw (5). | *BA91.40-P-1006-01U | |
| 8 | Remove seat belt retractor (4) together with seat belt. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 10 | Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system. | ||
