Remove/Install Parktronic System (PTS) Sensors In Rear Bumper - AR54.65-P-0002FR

with code 235 (Active Parking Assist)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Remove appropriate rear fender liner. Model 290
with code 235 (Active Parking Assist)
For removal of rear parking system distance sensors (B8/7, B8/10).

1.2 Remove rear bumper. Model 290
with code 235 (Active Parking Assist)
When removing the rear parking system distance sensors (B8/8, B8/9, B8/11, B8/12) or when removing all the rear parking system distance sensors (B8/7, B8/8, B8/9, B8/10, B8/11, B8/12)

2 Remove rear bumper. Model 257
with code 235 (Active Parking Assist)

3 Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) at rear parking system distance sensor (B8/7, B8/8, B8/9, B8/10, B8/11, B8/12).    
4 Release catch hooks of corresponding holder (2) in direction of arrow and remove rear parking system distance sensor (B8/7, B8/8, B8/9, B8/10, B8/11, B8/12) from holder.    
Notice  Information on painting PARKTRONIC system sensors   AH98.00-P-9019-02A
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT If the rear parking system distance sensor (B8/7, B8/8, B8/9, B8/10, B8/11, B8/12) is replaced, it must be painted in the color of the bumper.  
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check relevant seal (3).  
    If there is a problem,
↓
Replace relevant seal (3).
 
5 Install in the reverse order.
