Check High Pressure Fuel Lines - AR07.03-P-1010-03MNO

Engine 176 in model 167 

Do not re-install damaged high-pressure lines (1).

Fuel system leakage and environmental damage may occur otherwise.

1. Tighten union nut (1a) and thrust piece (1b) on the high-pressure line (1) to the rear.
2. Sealing cone (1c) of high-pressure line (1).
3. Check not deformed area of the sealing cone (1c).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Vernier caliper

   

   The not deformed area arises from the distance from the first measuring point (1M) to the second point (2M).

   If the non-deformed area is not at least 1 mm,

   ↓

   Replace high-pressure line (1).

4. Check diameter of the thrust piece (1b).

   The diameter must be 10.2 mm before retightening.

   If deviations are present in the diameter,

   ↓

   Replace high-pressure line (1).
