Check High Pressure Fuel Lines - AR07.03-P-1010-03MNA

Damaged high-pressure lines (1) must not be installed again. Leaks on the fuel system and environmental damage can occur otherwise.

1. Tighten union nut (1a) and thrust piece (1b) on the high-pressure line (1) to the rear.
2. Clean sealing cone (1c) for high-pressure line (1).
3. Check not deformed area of the sealing cone (1c) using a feeler gauge.

   The not deformed area arises from the distance from the first measuring point (1M) to the second point point (2M). The size of the not deformed area must be at least 1 mm. If this is smaller the high-pressure line (1) must be replaced.
