	Remove/install
1	Remove the valve stem seals (5).		AR05.30-P-3501MSC
2	Close the compressed air valve on the assembly device (01) and let compressed air out of the assembly device (01).	Follow operating instructions of manufacturer of assembly device (01).

3	Remove the cylinder head (1) from the assembly device (01).	Follow operating instructions of manufacturer of assembly device (01).

4	Remove the valves (6).
	General information on checking valves, valve seats and valve guides		AH05.30-P-1000-02SZ
	Check
5	Check valve stems for formation of burrs and pitting.	If ridging is available, ↓ Deburr valve stems. If pitting is present, ↓ Install new valves (6).
6	Check the valve seats for pitting and cracks.	If pitting or cracks are present, ↓ Replace cylinder head (1).

7	Install in the reverse order.
