Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove the differential pressure sensor with the crash plate (3) and place to one side. | AR07.04-P-0025MSC | |
| 2 | Remove the heat shield (10). | ||
| 3 | Remove cap (2). | ||
| 4 | Extract the coolant from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and collect the coolant in a suitable container. | ||

| 5 | Remove the bleed line (4) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and seal the openings with suitable stop plugs. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 6 | Remove expansion rivet (9). | ||
| 7 | Unclip coolant expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 8 | Remove the coolant hoses (5, 7, 8) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and seal the openings with suitable protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 9 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (6). | ||
| 10 | Unclip the wiring harness from the coolant expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 11 | Remove the coolant expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 12 | Check the rubber guides on the coolant expansion reservoir (1) for wear and damage. | If there are problems, ↓ Replace rubber guides. |

| 13 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
