	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1.1	Remove engine air intake duct (7).	Engine 176 in model 167 Dismantling tool	Fig 2
1.2	Remove right air filter housing.	Engine 177 in model 167	AR09.10-P-1152MNP
2	Slowly open cap of the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and remove.
3	Suction off coolant in the coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Hand pump	Fig 3
4	Remove coolant line (2) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Capture escaping coolant using suitable means.	AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5	Remove coolant hose (3) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Capture escaping coolant using suitable means.	AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6	Release and disconnect electrical connector (4).
7	Remove retaining clip (5) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and place electric line outside of the working area.	Dismantling tool	Fig 2
8	Remove expansion rivet (6).	Dismantling tool	Fig 2
9	Lift coolant expansion reservoir (1) until the coolant hoses (8) are accessible.	Wet elastomer bearings on the bracket of the coolant expansion reservoir (1) with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
10	Remove coolant hoses (8) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Capture escaping coolant using suitable means.	AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
11	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
12	Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.		AR20.00-P-1011MNO
