| 1 | Completely open roller sunblind (1). | ||
| 2 | Remove headliner. | AR68.30-P-4300ME | |
| 3 | Secure roller sunblind (1) against falling down and remove screws (2). | ||
| 4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector from panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5). | ||
| 5 | Turn panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5) clockwise until the roller sunblind (1) is removable. | ||
| 6 | Remove roller sunblind (1). | ||
| Install | |||
| 7 | Turn panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5) until the flags (3) of the drive cables protrude around the dimension (A) out of the guide rails (4) on both sides. | If the protrusion of the drive cables is not symmetrical, ↓ Remove panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5), place both drive cables at the same length, and repeat the operation step. |

| 8 | Insert roller sunblind (1) on the mounting supports (5) in the guide rails (4). | ||
| 9 | Tighten screws (2) slightly by hand. | ||
| 10 | Turn panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5) until the roller sunblind (1) closes (at least 20 cm). | If the roller sunblind (1) cannot be closed easily and evenly by turning the panoramic sliding sunroof roller sunblind drive unit (M12/5), ↓ Adjust the positioning of the guide rails (4) of the roller sunblind (1) if necessary. Otherwise, continue with operation step 3 determine the cause. Remove/install roller sun blind guide rail |
