	Risk of accident when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove left or right front wheel and tire assembly.		AR40.10-P-1102ME
2	Clean area around connecting points between brake lines (1, 5) and brake hose (4).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Unscrew retaining screw (2) of brake line (1) from brake hose (4) and disconnect brake hose (4).
	Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths		AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
		Seal connections immediately. Otherwise damage can be caused by escaping brake fluid. The brake fluid reservoir must not run completely empty. Collect escaping brake fluid.

4	Open brackets (8) and expose brake hose (4).
5	Unscrew retaining screw (6) of brake line (5) from brake hose (4), disconnect brake hose (4) and remove.	Seal connections immediately. Otherwise damage can be caused by escaping brake fluid. Collect escaping brake fluid.

	Check
6	Check clamps (3, 7) for damage.	If there is a problem, ↓ replace clamps (3, 7).
7	Install in the reverse order.
