| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Perform commissioning of driver's seat control unit (N32/1) or front passenger seat control unit (N32/2). | If the driver's seat control unit (N32/1) or the front passenger seat control unit (N32/2) is replaced. | |

| 2 | Adjust corresponding front seat to its uppermost position or all the way forward so that the control unit of the driver's seat (N32/1) or control unit of front passenger seat (N32/2) is accessible. | ||
| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 4 | Remove cover (1). | ||
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors at driver's seat control unit (N32/1) or front passenger seat control unit (N32/2). | ||
| 6 | Release driver's seat control unit (N32/1) or front passenger seat control unit (N32/2) (arrows) and remove. | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order |
