	Remove/install
1	Fold over left and right seat backrest.	Model 167.1 except code 567 (Vario rear seat) Model 167.3
2	Operate pushbutton (2) and remove head restraint (1) upwards.	Model 167.1 except code 567 (Vario rear seat) Model 167.3
3	Remove trim from corresponding seat backrest.	Model 167.1 with code 567 (Vario rear seat) Model 167.9 except code M036 (Maybach version)	AR91.12-P-1134ME
4	Position head restraint (1) so that safety clips (3) are accessible through service openings.	Model 167.1 with code 567 (Vario rear seat) Model 167.9 except code M036 (Maybach version)
5	Use suitable screwdriver to release safety clips (3) and hold, then at the same time pull out head restraint (1) upwards.	Model 167.1 with code 567 (Vario rear seat) Model 167.9 except code M036 (Maybach version) Removal: Make sure that the safety clips (3) do not fall into the seat backrest. Removal: Helper required.
6	Install in the reverse order.
