Detach/Mount Connector - AR42.45-P-0820-02LW

NOTES Always replace electrical connector (1) in the event of damage to the electrical connector (1), bracket (2) or lock (3). Otherwise the electrical connector (1) detaches from the ESP® control unit (N30/4).

Disconnect electrical connection (1) 

  1. Push lock (3) upwards (arrow) until the release (4) is exposed.
  2. Press release (4), hold down, and swing bracket (2) upwards to the end stop.

    IMPORTANT The swinging action of the bracket (2) pushes the electrical connector (1) slightly out of the jack in the ESP® control unit (N30/4). Do not use tools.

  3. Disconnect electrical connector (1) from ESP® control unit (N30/4).

    NOTES Do not handle the electrical connector (1) at the bracket (2) when doing so.

    Otherwise the bracket (2) will be damaged.

  4. Swing bracket (2) downwards until it locks in place and push lock (3) back over release (4).

    Connect electrical connector (1) 

  5. Push lock (3) upwards (arrow) until the release (4) is exposed.
  6. Press release (4), hold down, and swing bracket (2) upwards to the end stop.
  7. Push electrical connector (1) onto jack in the ESP® control unit (N30/4) until it makes contact evenly along its entire length.

    NOTES Do not handle the electrical connector (1) at the bracket (2) when doing so.

    Otherwise the bracket (2) will be damaged.

  8. Swing bracket (2) downwards until it locks in place and push lock (3) back over release (4).

IMPORTANT This pulls the electrical connector (1) into its final position and locks it.
