Required parts of welding fixture 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage on the right side of the vehicle, these steps must be performed analogously with the corresponding parts of the welding fixture.

1. Unscrew nuts (3).

   With suspension strut installed.

2. 1. With suspension strut installed.

      Unscrew spacers sleeves (2a) on threaded pins f suspension turret web.

   2. With suspension strut removed.

      Install spacers sleeves (2a) on suspension strut tower with bolts (2b).

      Tighten bolts (2b) slightly by hand.

3. Mount carrier plate (2) on spacer sleeves (2a).
4. Slightly manually screw screws (2c) into spacer sleeves (2a).
5. Fix extension 1L (1a) with cylinder pin (1k) in place on carrier plate (2) using the specified guides.
6. Fix extension 3L (1b) with cylinder pin (1k) in place on carrier plate (2) using the specified guides.
7. Fix extension 4L (1c) with cylinder pin (1k) in place on carrier plate (2) using the specified guides.
8. Fix extension 2L (1d) with cylinder pin (1k) in place on carrier plate (2) using the specified guides.
9. Tighten bolts (2b).

   With suspension strut removed.

10. Tighten bolts (2c).
11. Tighten extension 1L (1a) to longitudinal member with screw
12. Tighten extension 3L (1b) to longitudinal member with screw
13. Tighten extension 4L (1c) to longitudinal member with screw
14. Tighten extension 2L (1d) to longitudinal member with screw and, screw (1 m).
