| 1 | Reduce vacuum in brake booster (6) by depressing brake pedal several times. | ||
| Remove/install vacuum line (1) on brake booster | |||
| 2 | Remove cover of air/water duct. | AR83.10-P-1411ME | |
| 3 | Remove vacuum line (1) from brake booster (6) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Remove vacuum line (2) from fitting (5) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Unclip fitting (5) from partition (arrows). | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Unclip vacuum line (1) from brackets (3). | ||
| 7 | Remove vacuum line (1). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Remove/install vacuum line (2) in engine compartment | |||
| 9 | Remove vacuum line (2) from fitting (5) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 10 | Release and disconnect vacuum line (2) from vacuum pump (4). | ||
| 11 | Remove vacuum line (2) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 12 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

| Risk of death caused by limbs being caught or crushed by rotating parts when performing tests on the brake test stand | Never leave the vehicle unattended on the rollers except in an emergency.
