Open side window in driver door.
The side window must remain open during the curing time of the adhesive material.

Otherwise, back pressure will occur when closing a door, which presses the windshield (1) outward.
Position both cup suction tools on outside of windshield (1).
Together with a helper, center the windshield (1) above the windshield cutout on the body flange and position so that it is congruent with the adhesive strips "arrows".
Position windshield (1) on adhesive bead and press on until it rests on rubber window spacers and sealing lip.
Install windshield (1) within 10 min of applying adhesive material.

Adhesion of adhesive material is otherwise impaired.

Observe the manufacturer's specifications for the curing time of the adhesive material.
