Remove/Install Roller Sun Blind Guide Rail - AR77.21-P-0231ME

	Remove
1	Remove roller sunblind drive cables from the panoramic sliding sunroof.		AR77.21-P-0230ME
2	Remove left and right luggage net mounting support (6).	Model 167.1/9 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) with code U40 (Safety net for luggage cover) Model 167.1 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) with code 541 (Combined luggage cover incl. safety net)
3	Remove rear left and right grab handle mounting support (5).
4	Unclip pipe of the overflow cable (1).	Only on right hand side of vehicle.
5	Secure roller sunblind guide rails (4) against falling down and remove screws (2, 3).	Helper required.
6	Remove roller sunblind guide rails (4).
7	Remove rear left and right covers from the roller sunblind guide rails (4).
	Install
8	Install rear left and right cover on the roller sunblind guide rails (4).
9	Position roller sunblind guide rails (4).	Helper required.
10	Insert a 10 mm drift in the left and right guide (arrows) and tighten screws (2) slightly by hand.	Commercially available devices/tools  Drift 10 mm
11	Clip in pipe of the overflow cable (1).	Only on right hand side of vehicle.
12	Insert roller sunblind drive cables flush with the roller sunblind guide rails (4).		AR77.21-P-0230ME
13	Extend roller sunblind drive cables manually, insert roller sunblind on panoramic sliding sunroof and screw roller sunblind to panoramic sliding sunroof tightly.		AR77.21-P-0215ME
		Tighten screws (2, 3); if the screws of the roller sunblind are tightened, then also install the mounting supports (5, 6).
