Remove/Install Line From Cartridge To Inerting System In Engine Compartment - AR86.10-P-0219ME

Model 167 with engine 256 

with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove cover of air/water duct.   AR83.10-P-1411ME
2 Disconnect the ground line for the on-board electrical system battery (G1).   AR54.10-P-0003ME
3 Remove inerting line in engine compartment from cartridge inerting line (1).   AR86.10-P-0119ME 
4 Remove clamp (3). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace clip (3).
Make sure it is correctly locked.
 
5 Remove screw (2) and take out cartridge inerting line (1). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw, gas distributor to partition *BA86.10-P-1004-03B 
INSPECT Check     
6 Check cartridge inerting line (1) for damage and flow. If there is a problem,

Replace cartridge inerting line (1).
 
7 Install in the reverse order.
