Check Brake System For Leaks - AR42.10-P-0100-01V

with ADAPTIVE BRAKE 

Model 463 

as of model year 2019 

  1. Strongly press brake pedal several times after bleeding the brake system so that the brake pads make contact with the brake disks.
  2. Operate brake pedal with approx. 200 N up to 300 N.
  3. Check leak tightness of brake system.

    IMPORTANT Maintain pressure built up in the brake system without it being possible to depress the brake pedal further.

  4. Check connection fittings, hose connections and all components of the brake system for leak tightness.

    If component parts are leaky.

    Repair relevant components of the brake system.

  5. Check fluid level in expansion reservoir for brake fluid; correct if necessary.
