IMPORTANT Only brake hoses approved by Mercedes-Benz may be installed.

When connecting brake hoses, make sure that the brake hose is not installed twisted (twist-free). A sufficient distance to other axle parts must be ensured in all driving situations.

IMPORTANT Exception:

In certain driving conditions (e.g. maximum steering angle and compression / rebound conditions) unstressed contact between the brake hose and stationary components is permissible.

IMPORTANT There are two elevated sections on the connector (arrow) of the brake hose which lock the brake hose in the multi-point profile of the bracket.
