Remove/Install Engine Cover - AR01.10-P-2405MSA

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.
AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Detach the cold air guide (2) on the cold air intake manifold    
2 Detach ball head (3) from elastomer bearing at engine INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Coat elastomer bearing at engine with anti-seize paste.  
    Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A 
3 Detach the elastomer bearings (4) and remove the engine cover (1) with the cold air guide (2) by moving it upwards INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Coat elastomer bearing with lubricating paste.  
    Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A 
4 Check the elastomer bearings (4) for damage If damage occurs to the elastomer bearing (4)

Replace elastomer bearing (4).
 
5 Install in the reverse order
