Install Spare Tire Well (Model 167.9) - Ar64.20-P-1245-03MEX

Model 167.9 

The higher-level service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Install spare wheel well (1), fit and fix in place
2. Drill rivet holes in spare wheel well (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (areas A, B).

   Drill rivet holes offset to self-pierce rivets in body (area B).

3. Drill rivet holes in spare wheel well (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (area C).

4. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

6. Install spare wheel well (1) and fix in place.
7. Rivet spare wheel well (1) with rivet Ø 6.5x14.5 (area D).
8. Rivet spare wheel well (1) with rivet Ø 6.5x12.5 (area E).
9. Rivet spare wheel well (1) with rivet Ø 6.4x12 (area G).
