Outer Part Of Rear Center Section Install And Weld In (Model 167.9) - Ar64.20-P-1000-10MEX

1. Install rear center section outer section (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill rivet holes on rear-end center section outer section (1) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (areas A, B).

   Drill rivet holes through present rivet holes in body (areas B).

   To drill the rivet holes (areas B), the flanges of the rear left and right fenders must be bent back.

3. Remove rear outer center section (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on rear-end center section outer section (1) and on body on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

6. Install rear-end center section outer section (1) and fix in place.
7. Bend back the flanges of the rear left and right fenders.
8. Rivet rear-end center section outer section (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 14.5 (areas C₁ ).
9. Rivet rear-end center section outer section (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (areas C₂ ).
10. Rivet rear-end center section outer section (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (areas C₈ ).
11. Rear-end center section outer section (1) (area D).
12. Rear-end center section outer section (1) (areas E).

13. Rear-end center section outer section (1) (area F).
14. Rear-end center section outer section (1) (areas G).
15. Rear-end center section outer section (1) (areas H).
