Remove/Install Panoramic Sliding Sunroof Wind Deflector Bearing - AR77.21-P-0102ME

WARNING Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove wind deflector (1) for panoramic sliding sunroof.   AR77.21-P-0101ME 
2 Remove screws (2) and remove end piece (3). INSTALLATION NOTES
Observe positioning of the lever (5) and the mechanical sliding sunroof components (6). Failure to comply with this may result in the destruction of the mechanical components, which would mean that the entire panoramic sliding sunroof would have to be replaced.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT The gap dimension on the abutting edge (arrow A) between the end piece (3) and the guide rail (4) must be zero.
IMPORTANT The instructions are shown only for one side and must be carried out on both sides.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION M5X0.8

3 Push wind deflector bearing (7) toward the front, unclip, and remove. NOTES
Carefully release the wind deflector bearing (7)
and move out.
The guides may otherwise be damaged.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that the wind deflector bearing (7) is seated correctly.
The wind deflector bearing (7) must be pushed all the way to the rear.
IMPORTANT The instructions are shown only for one side and must be carried out on both sides.
 
4 Install in the reverse order.    
METRIC SCREWS/BOLTS AND NUTS AS PER MBN 10 105, 10 143
