- Place panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) onto suitable base with inside pointing upward.
Four helpers required.
- Clean bonding surfaces (2) on panoramic sliding roof frame (1).
The cleaner is included in the repair kit.
Apply cleaner only to the bonding surfaces (2) and allow to dry completely.
It is not necessary to prime the bonding surfaces (2).
- Check position and condition of the spacers (3).
Do not remove protective foil from the bonding surface.
If the spacers (3) are damaged,

replace spacers (3).
- Place panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) on the body and use the
feeler gauge to align the distance (arrow A) between the top edge of the window and roof front edge/sliding roof frame.
Four helpers required.
Center panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) between side roof panelings and windshield.
The panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) and the edges of the rear roof paneling must be flush (arrows B).
- The Glue on adhesive strips as shown and cut through on the outside edges of the panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1).
Ensure that the seals on the panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) are not damaged.
In the event of damage, the seals must be replaced.
- Place panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1) onto suitable base with inside pointing upward.
Four helpers required.
- Apply activator to the bonding surfaces (2) on the panoramic sliding sunroof frame (1).
The activator is included in the repair kit.
