Set down front fixed element (1), with inside facing upwards, on a suitable base.
Attach new spacers (2) as shown.
Clean bonding surfaces at front fixed element (1).
The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

Only apply cleaner to bonding surfaces and allow to fully dry.

It is not necessary to prime the bonding surfaces.

Mount front fixed element (1) on the body and align the clearance between the windshield upper edge and roof front edge/sliding sunroof frame using the feeler gauge.
Center front fixed element (1) between side roof panelings and windshield.

Observe installation position of windshield seal (arrow).

Aid of helper required.
The Glue on tape strips and cut through at front edge of front fixed element (1).
Set down front fixed element (1), with inside facing upwards, on a suitable base.
Apply activator to bonding surfaces at front fixed element (1).

The activator is included in the repair kit.
