- Saw off an approx. 5 mm to 10 mm wide strip at front left and right transverse side of front fixed element (4).
Saw carefully.
Otherwise the windshield may be damaged.
Observe cutting depth when sawing.
Otherwise, front panoramic sliding sunroof frame can be damaged.
Use oscillating saw with round sawing blade.
- Saw off an approx. 5 mm to 10 mm wide strip at front left and right longitudinal side of front fixed element (4).
Observe cutting depth when sawing.
Otherwise, front panoramic sliding sunroof frame can be damaged.
Use oscillating saw with round sawing blade.
- Cut through adhesive bead using cutting wire.
Cover adjacent paint surfaces with
set of shields when cutting.
Otherwise paint can be damage by cutting wire.
Helper required.

- Remove front fixed element (4) from panoramic sliding sunroof frame.
