1. Use red line (RD) and brown line (BN), with felt tape (15), to make wiring harness (1).

   Dimensions: 

   A = 2000 mm

   B = 160 mm

   C = 50 mm

2. Attach MCP 2.8 contact spring (2) to end of red line (RD) with long branch-off line.

   The MCP 2.8 contact spring (2) can be found in the basic wiring harness repair kit or the supplementary passenger car wiring harness repair kit.

3. Attach MQS contact spring (4) to end of red line (RD) with short branch-off line.

   The MQS contact spring (4) can be found in the basic wiring harness repair kit or the supplementary passenger car wiring harness repair kit.

4. Attach MQS contact spring (5) to end of brown line (BN) with short branch-off line.

   The MQS contact spring (5) is available in the basic wiring harness repair kit or the supplementary passenger car wiring harness repair kit.

5. Attach round cable lug (3) Ø 6 mm to end of brown line (BN) with long branch-off line.

   Use commercially available round cable lug (3) Ø 6 mm.
