Remove/Install Wiper System - AR82.30-P-6400LW

WARNING Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism. When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m). AS82.30-Z-0001-01A 
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove wiper arms (1).   AR82.30-P-6100LW 
2 Remove covers (9).    
3 Remove cover (10). Model 213, 238, 253, 293  
4 Remove strut (3). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, upper struts to suspension strut tower mounting bracket *BA62.30-P-1001-02K 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, upper struts to firewall *BA62.30-P-1002-02K 
5 Remove strut (2). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, lower strut to suspension strut tower mounting bracket *BA62.30-P-1003-02K 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, lower strut to firewall *BA62.30-P-1004-02K 
6 Remove nuts (4, 6). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, windshield wiper system to body *BA82.30-P-1003-01M 
7 Remove screw (5). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, windshield wiper system to bracket *BA82.30-P-1002-01M 
8 Lift up windshield wiper system (8) and disconnect electrical connector (7).    
9 Remove windshield wiper system (8).    
10 Install in the reverse order.
