| 1 | Slowly open cap of coolant expansion reservoir and remove | ||
| 2 | Remove washer fluid reservoir (1) | AR82.35-P-6000LW | |
| 3 | Unclip cover (2) | ||
| 4 | Guide heat exchanger (3) out of washer fluid reservoir (1) | ||
| 5 | Pinch off coolant hoses (4) | Fig 2 | |
| 6 | Loosen clamps (5) and remove coolant hoses | ||
| 7 | Detach cover (2) | When replacing the heat exchanger (3). | |
| 8 | Install in the reverse order |
