Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Heat Exchanger - AR82.35-P-6006LW

Model 205, 213, 238, 253 

with code 875 (Heated windshield washer system)

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Slowly open cap of coolant expansion reservoir and remove INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Correct coolant level.  
2 Remove washer fluid reservoir (1)   AR82.35-P-6000LW 
3 Unclip cover (2)    
4 Guide heat exchanger (3) out of washer fluid reservoir (1)    
5 Pinch off coolant hoses (4) SPECIAL TOOL Clamp Fig 2
6 Loosen clamps (5) and remove coolant hoses IMPORTANT Collect escaping coolant in a suitable vessel.  
7 Detach cover (2) When replacing the heat exchanger (3).  
8 Install in the reverse order
