Retrofit Holder For CA Module Card Reader - AZ82.60-P-0032-02LWG

1. Use tape to mask off the area where the bracket for the CA module card reader is to be fastened to the load compartment well cover (3).
2. Mark hole location (arrow A).

   Dimensions:

   a = 350 mm

   b = 120 mm

3. Mark hole location (arrow C).

   Dimensions:

   c = 10 mm

   d = 10 mm

4. Place Velcro strip (4) at previously marked hole location (arrow A), align and mark remaining hole locations as indicated by the Velcro strip (4).

   The Velcro strip (4) must be aligned at a right angle to the reference edge (arrow B).

5. Remove Velcro strip (4).
6. Drill holes of 6 mm ø at the marked hole locations.

7. Fasten Velcro strip (4) with the expansion rivets (5) to the load compartment well cover (3).

   Use expansion rivets (5) with a Ø of 6 mm. The expansion rivets (5) are included in the scope of supply.

8. Drill 6 mm Ø hole at previously marked hole location (arrow C).
9. Make cuts (dashed lines) approx. 4 mm in length at four points at the drilled hole (arrow C).
